INTRODUCTION
A fast-changing society requires what our communication tools more appropriate and responsive to changing needs: to promote the dialectical confrontation of ideas, which is a sign of freedom and democracy, and ensure at the same time awareness sulla nostra identità culturale, è necessario riappropriarsi delle nostre radici,scoprendo nel presente i segni del passato.
Don Milani diceva che è solo la lingua che fa uguali, pertanto, valorizzare il nostro patrimonio linguistico scoprendone le origini, riflettere sull’evoluzione della lingua e focalizzare l’attenzione sul “viaggio” delle parole per impadronirsene, è il mezzo più efficace per migliorare il nostro linguaggio e far maturare il nostro pensiero. Il presente progetto si prefigge tale finalità attraverso un percorso di latino commisurato alle capacità di comprensione dei bambini. Il titolo è stato mediato dal libro della professoressa Magnante Trecco, che costituirà il supporto didattico utile per offrire input significativi e sollecitare negli alunni il gusto per la ricerca linguistica e per far loro comprendere che la lingua cambia con il passare del tempo, ma ha alla base una radice che non si estingue.
L’ approccio ludico e la dimensione favolistica sono finalizzati a suscitare la motivazione ad apprendere degli alunni senza soffocare la loro naturale predisposizione alla fantasia.

When I was offered the opportunity to participate as a speaker at our meeting I agreed, not without concern about the complexity and vastness of the topic.
The curiosity to investigate a legal somehow inflated to the media attention has, however, prevailed on the opportunity to refuse to quibble here before Authoritative colleagues on this issue.
For this reason, the scope of this report will have more the characteristics of a series of proposed legal questions to elicit further food for thought, a kind of lecture which will necessarily be followed by further study, a comprehensive report as expected.
Thus, while aware that, to propose a title such as "From Solidarity to sharing" might appear to most as a repetition of terms già usati in altri ambiti e per altri tipi di incontri, si è nuovamente voluto proporre, quasi per esorcizzare la difficoltà connessa alla vastità della materia.
Il proseguo della presentazione postula preliminarmente l’identificazione del significato che in questa sede si è voluto attribuire alla parola “solidarietà”, concetto di per sé esplicitato dall’impegno assunto dal Legislatore per i minori stranieri presenti in Italia mediante: “…programmi solidaristici di accoglienza temporanea promossi da enti, associazioni o famiglie” (art. 33, comma 2, lettera a D. Lgs. 286/1998).
Alla stregua di tale impostazione, la giurisprudenza ritiene di individuare nelle disposizioni di rango costituzionale anche il concetto di “condivisione” al fine di: “ … apprestare gli interventi essenziali quoad vitam diretti alla eliminazione della grave patologia che affligge lo straniero” (Cassazione civile , sez. I, 24 gennaio 2008, n. 1531, ed inoltre cfr. Cass. 20561/06).
Sono parole solo apparentemente inflazionate che, tuttavia, rappresentano la sintesi di un percorso sociale ed umano, espressione di una sorta di assuefazione e di sottovalutazione dei fenomeni sociali che a loro volta generano paure e che spingono il legislatore ad intervenire con atti di urgenza e di necessità, modificando con un solo provvedimento sia il diritto sostanziale che il diritto processuale penale, creando sconforto interpreter.

Per tutti coloro i quali potevano beneficiare di un passaporto comunitario, in caso di allontanamento per necessità od opportunità, si sarebbe dovuto comunque applicare una normativa differente e questo per: “… garantire la piena ed integrale attuazione delle norme comunitarie relative alla libera circolazione delle persone in materia di ingresso, di soggiorno, di allontanamento…” (cfr. art. 45, comma 2, lettera a- Legge 6 marzo 1998, n. 40).
L’ultima disposizione testé citata, trova un corrispondente nel combinato disposto degli artt. 2, 3 e 12 Tratt. CE, che sancisce il principio della parità di trattamento di tutti i cittadini dell’Unione Europea con il connaturale ed espresso divieto di discriminazione delle persone in base alla cittadinanza e/o alla residenza degli stessi.
Oltretutto, il principio della parità di trattamento, enunciato sia dal Trattato, sia nel Regolamento CE n. 1612/68 (relativo alla libera circolazione dei lavoratori all’interno della Comunità), vieta non soltanto le discriminazioni palesi in base alla cittadinanza, ma altresì qualsiasi discriminazione dissimulata che, pur fondandosi su altri criteri di riferimento, received the same result.

Dal un punta di visto meramente sistematico, il Testo Unico poteva lasciar intendere di essere in una fase ideologico-dogmatica tale da consentire di far tornare in auge, almeno per l’Europa Comunitaria, l’espressione romanistica tradizionale di una “societas generis humanis”, con norme superiori condivise da un ambito esteso di persone sottratte, almeno in parte, all’imperio di una sola realtà statuale.
Con l’entrata in vigore della Legge 24 luglio 2008, n. 125 si deve prendere atto della circostanza per la quale la citata norma rappresenta sicuramente l’esercizio delle prerogative della Sovranità nazionale con la conseguente crisi dell’universalismo giuridico continentale, tanto enunciato.
La difficoltà tecniche della nuova normativa, tuttavia, non si esauriscono qui in quanto si devono segnalare alcune imprecisioni nella terminologia utilizzata, certamente risultato di una fretta eccessiva nella compilazione del testo.
Un primo indizio lo si ricava dalla lettura del titolo dell’articolo 235 of the Penal Code, as amended by Law (125/08), which states that the rule that follows, contains provisions on the "expulsion or removal of the foreign state."

linguistic element that sets the two situations on the same legal and conceptual framework is the use of a conjunction: thus, while in written language, the conjunction "or" continue to persist with its adversarial sense, in this case, the legislator seems to have understood use it more as a way of speaking and definitely give it that meaning of explanation which tends to shorten and simplify development and terms of expression and to give it the value of "ie".

Chiaramente non si obietta nulla circa la legittimazione di emanare tali disposizioni, ma corre l’obbligo di chiarire che la c.d. “autoritas” ha indirettamente enunciato il principio della obbligatorietà di una norma qualificando tutti i non cittadini italiani come “homines viatores” e questo determina una serie di problematiche.
Tentando di definire giuridicamente il concetto sopra espresso, il Legislatore – con la L 125/08 - ha inteso distinguere in due categorie quanti sono presenti sul territorio dello Stato,: nella prima sono inseriti quanti, per lo “ius sanguinis” o per lo “ius soli”, possono beneficiare delle disposizioni rese dalla Legge 5 febbraio 1992 n. 91; nella seconda gli stranieri ed i cittadini comunitari.
Rimane da comprendere cosa intenda il legislatore con il termine straniero e come considerare da un punto di vista giuridico, le persone presenti in Italia e suddivisibili in sottocategorie così da comprendere:
a) lo straniero profugo (ritenuto tale per essere una persona costretta ad abbandonare la propria dimora ed i propri affetti a causa di conflitti bellici o di eventi di varia natura, più o meno violenti, od a seguito di catastrofi naturali) e, comunque, non garantiti e tutelati da disposizioni particolari (cfr. Circ. PCM Dica 2428/terza/19.10.6.1 del 15.3.2002; Legge 15 ottobre 1991 n. 344; Legge 26 dicembre 1981, n. 763);
b) lo straniero migrante (per essere stato considerato a suo tempo uno sfollato);
c) lo straniero rifugiato (comunque tutelato agli artt. 32 e 33 della Convenzione di Ginevra del 1951 in quanto ratificata con Legge 27 ottobre 1951, n. 1739);
d) lo straniero richiedente asilo (garantito nell’Ordinamento italiano direttamente dall’art. 10, 3 comma Costituzione);
e) lo straniero apolide (qualificabile come categoria protetta in quanto rientrante nell’espressa previsione dell’art. 19 T.U. del Decreto legislativo 286/98 e per i quali non valgono sia i provvedimenti di espulsione sia il respingimento alla frontiera). Corre l’obbligo di sottolineare che in questo caso è possibile applicare lo status di apolidi solo a quanti sono riconosciuti come tali (cfr. Convenzione di New York del 1954 relativa allo status degli apolidi; Convenzione del 1961 sulla riduzione dell'apolidia), ma anche a quanti come nel caso dei Bedoun, una popolazione numericamente considerevole in alcuni paesi della penisola araba, fra i quali il Kuwait, che vivono da generazioni “ereditando” la non cittadinanza: per inciso la parola “bedoun”, nella loro lingua, significa “senza”.
Sicuramente un altro discorso deve essere fatto per un’altra sottocategoria di stranieri che sopra non sono stati considerati e che in qualche modo beneficiano di uno status tale da essere considerati.
Senza dover scomodare il principio enunciato l’art. 3 della Costituzione, appare necessario che a quanti sopra elencati, si debbano poi aggiungere gli stranieri rientranti nell’ipotesi dell’art. 19 D.Lgs. 286/98 e qualificati dalla norma come una serie di categorie protette quali: a) lo straniero minore di anni 18, salvo il diritto del minore di seguire il genitore o l'affidatario espulso; b) lo straniero in possesso della carta di soggiorno; c) lo straniero convivente con parenti entro il quarto grado o il coniuge, di nazionalità italiana.
La giurisprudenza della Corte Costituzionale ha inoltre inteso individuare prevedere meritevoli di tutela anche altre due sottocategorie: a) la donna straniera in stato di gravidanza ed il di lei figlio fino al six months after birth (see Constitutional Court, Judgement of 12.7.2000, n. 376); b) the alien in serious health conditions (the Constitutional Court, Judgement No. 252, 5.7.2001).
Only by way of provocation, one wonders: Having said that Article. 2 Constitution recognizes "... the inviolable rights of man" and art. 24 of the Constitution uses the word "all" with attributive function - to indicate the total number of people - perhaps the Law of July 24, 2008, No 125 wanted to do something innovative.
So to understand the status of such aliens should be untouchable trouble that Seneca, in his "De beneficiis", stated that it was important to distinguish between the "beneficium" (understood as the authentic gift bestowed on the model for the gods) and the "munus" (act intended to gratify or to enhance the donor).

La difficoltà tecniche della nuova normativa, tuttavia, non si esauriscono qui in quanto si devono segnalare alcune imprecisioni nella terminologia utilizzata, certamente risultato di una fretta eccessiva nella compilazione del testo.

Tentando di definire giuridicamente il concetto sopra espresso, il Legislatore – con la L 125/08 - ha inteso distinguere in due categorie quanti sono presenti sul territorio dello Stato,: nella prima sono inseriti quanti, per lo “ius sanguinis” o per lo “ius soli”, possono beneficiare delle disposizioni rese dalla Legge 5 febbraio 1992 n. 91; nella seconda gli stranieri ed i cittadini comunitari.
Rimane da comprendere cosa intenda il legislatore con il termine straniero e come considerare da un punto di vista giuridico, le persone presenti in Italia e suddivisibili in sottocategorie così da comprendere:
a) lo straniero profugo (ritenuto tale per essere una persona costretta ad abbandonare la propria dimora ed i propri affetti a causa di conflitti bellici o di eventi di varia natura, più o meno violenti, od a seguito di catastrofi naturali) e, comunque, non garantiti e tutelati da disposizioni particolari (cfr. Circ. PCM Dica 2428/terza/19.10.6.1 del 15.3.2002; Legge 15 ottobre 1991 n. 344; Legge 26 dicembre 1981, n. 763);
b) lo straniero migrante (per essere stato considerato a suo tempo uno sfollato);
c) lo straniero rifugiato (comunque tutelato agli artt. 32 e 33 della Convenzione di Ginevra del 1951 in quanto ratificata con Legge 27 ottobre 1951, n. 1739);
d) lo straniero richiedente asilo (garantito nell’Ordinamento italiano direttamente dall’art. 10, 3 comma Costituzione);
e) lo straniero apolide (qualificabile come categoria protetta in quanto rientrante nell’espressa previsione dell’art. 19 T.U. del Decreto legislativo 286/98 e per i quali non valgono sia i provvedimenti di espulsione sia il respingimento alla frontiera). Corre l’obbligo di sottolineare che in questo caso è possibile applicare lo status di apolidi solo a quanti sono riconosciuti come tali (cfr. Convenzione di New York del 1954 relativa allo status degli apolidi; Convenzione del 1961 sulla riduzione dell'apolidia), ma anche a quanti come nel caso dei Bedoun, una popolazione numericamente considerevole in alcuni paesi della penisola araba, fra i quali il Kuwait, che vivono da generazioni “ereditando” la non cittadinanza: per inciso la parola “bedoun”, nella loro lingua, significa “senza”.
Sicuramente un altro discorso deve essere fatto per un’altra sottocategoria di stranieri che sopra non sono stati considerati e che in qualche modo beneficiano di uno status tale da essere considerati.
Senza dover scomodare il principio enunciato l’art. 3 della Costituzione, appare necessario che a quanti sopra elencati, si debbano poi aggiungere gli stranieri rientranti nell’ipotesi dell’art. 19 D.Lgs. 286/98 e qualificati dalla norma come una serie di categorie protette quali: a) lo straniero minore di anni 18, salvo il diritto del minore di seguire il genitore o l'affidatario espulso; b) lo straniero in possesso della carta di soggiorno; c) lo straniero convivente con parenti entro il quarto grado o il coniuge, di nazionalità italiana.
La giurisprudenza della Corte Costituzionale ha inoltre inteso individuare prevedere meritevoli di tutela anche altre due sottocategorie: a) la donna straniera in stato di gravidanza ed il di lei figlio fino al six months after birth (see Constitutional Court, Judgement of 12.7.2000, n. 376); b) the alien in serious health conditions (the Constitutional Court, Judgement No. 252, 5.7.2001).
Only by way of provocation, one wonders: Having said that Article. 2 Constitution recognizes "... the inviolable rights of man" and art. 24 of the Constitution uses the word "all" with attributive function - to indicate the total number of people - perhaps the Law of July 24, 2008, No 125 wanted to do something innovative.
So to understand the status of such aliens should be untouchable trouble that Seneca, in his "De beneficiis", stated that it was important to distinguish between the "beneficium" (understood as the authentic gift bestowed on the model for the gods) and the "munus" (act intended to gratify or to enhance the donor).

A giocare con i ricordi si azzecca sempre perché, anche se di per sé non sono belli, dentro un baule, coperti dai veli trasparenti del tempo, si colorano delicatamente ed acquistano un fascino particolare. Fiabolina era felice, ogni sera, quando apriva il suo scrigno segreto e metteva ordine fra le sue cose… le sembrava di accumulare un tesoro d’ inestimabile valore e di vivere bene la sua vita, immersa nella realtà e capace di appoggiarsi alla fantasia.
Anche quando la noia della routine soffocava la sua giornata, appiattendola fino a farla diventare apparentemente senza significato, Fiabolina si ritrovava a riflettere, la sera, e c’ era sempre qualcosa di buono da sistemare dentro il baule , magari una parola buona o un gesto gentile: bastava raccontare dolcemente anche le più semplici esperienze per tramutarle in un piacevole ricordo. Passavano gli anni ed il baule era ormai pieno zeppo .Fiabolina pensava che tutto quel materiale le sarebbe servito a rendere meno pesante una vecchiaia che sentiva lontana, ma che presagiva triste e noiosa e si immaginava, sdentata e rinsavita dal tempo, vivere frugando soltanto fra i suoi ricordi. Passarono gli anni, perché il tempo vola, specialmente se lo si spende bene, e Fiabolina, figlia del vento e di una fata svagata, giunse alla senilità.
Era una vecchina simpatica, rugosa, un po’ curva, ma continuava a sorridere,nonostante le mancassero tanti denti.Ora non doveva più correre, non doveva fare la fila , pagare le tasse, lavorare….finalmente poteva starsene chiusa in casa a meditare. Non riusciva più a leggere bene, perché la vista le si era annebbiata, non sentiva più le voci della strada…Solo la tenue carezza di suo padre le sfiorava di tanto in tanto la fronte e la vigile assenza di sua madre le faceva battere forte il cuore.Fiabolina, creatura fantastica, si sedeva sulla sua poltrona ed apriva il suo baule di ricordi…quanti! L e sua mani tremanti sollevavano con reverenziale rispetto i veli del tempo e ne traevano reliquie lontane, che le restituivano la passata felicità. One of the many examples of the innovative combination of technology and classic comes to us from Sicily, specifically by the University of Catania.
Inside del Palinsenso di Radio Zammù , la radio dell’Università degli studi di Catania, nata dal Laboratorio "Radio sul web", nell’ambito del MediaLab della facoltà di Lingue e letterature straniere, in onda su Internet e da maggio 2007 anche su frequenza FM (101,00) su Catania e provincia, è trasmesso un radiogiornale interamente in lingua latina, dedicato alle notizie più importanti della settimana, che vengono attentamente raccolte e tradotte nella lingua degli antichi romani.
L'idea nasce da Francesco Carciotto, insegnante di Liceo che, in un viaggio in Finlandia ha conosciuto gli autori dell'unico radiotelegiornale in latino al mondo, in onda da quasi 20 anni sulla tv di stato Finlandese.
Ed ecco la presentazione in lingua del Radiogiornale:

Thank you for having accepted the invitation and to be present in such large numbers in this hot summer afternoon and preference, leisure of Sunday, culturally challenging topics and in conjunction with the greetings of Directors of CLE Abruzzo Molise add, for each of these, my personal welcome.
I extend also my warmest fraternal and thanks to the Rector of the Basilica of Collemaggio, Nunzio Don Spinelli , To clear; Prof. Loredana Marano who honored us with his presence, just the day of the official presentation of our initiative and I would like to publicly thank the Organizing Secretary of the event and Vice Chairman of the CLE Abruzzo Molise, Prof. Roberta Trecco Magnate, who, with dedication and sacrifice made possible our presence here.
I also greet the Rector of the National Boarding School in L'Aquila, Prof. Dr. Livio Bearzi, the civil authorities and religious and certainly not least, the M ° Luigi Guardigli , author of engravings of commissioned works by artists historically known come Picasso e Guttuso e l’Ing. Antonio Pacilè .
La Delegazione Abruzzo Molise del CLE è stata costituita solo dopo un’attenta ed accurata ricerca tentando di far coincidere la porzione di territorio assegnata alla sua giurisdizione con un’area che fosse la più omogenea possibile per popolazione residente, per storia e per cultura.
Si è cercata una metodologia che individuasse nei valori condivisi la ragione della nostra presenza e proponesse i contenuti della nostra offerta culturale non come una curiosa ed elitaria bizzarria, ma come espressione di un vissuto condiviso che, partendo dalla scoperta delle radici comuni, facesse apprezzare il valore dell’iniziativa.
Non è un caso che per il nostro incontro si sia stato scelto il titolo “Ad fontes” , in modo tale che possa essere assunto unicamente come qualificazione propositiva di un modo di essere, di appartenere, di desiderare, di condividere e ricercare.
Vogliamo comprendere il nostro passato per capire da dove veniamo e chi siamo e questo solo per tentare di contribuire alla ricerca delle identità, perchè siamo convinti che, così come riportava Cicerone nel “De oratione Lib. II, 9, 35” , “Historia est magistra vitae” ovvero: "Historia vero testis temporum, lux veritatis, vita memoriae, magistra vitae, nuntia vetustatis" (La storia infatti è testimone del tempo, luce di verità, maestra di vita, messaggera del passato).
Non dimentichiamo che siamo il risultato della grande tradizione giudeo – cristiana [1] che ha diffuso il valore di persona, di rispetto dell’essere umano ed il principio della solidarietà tra le genti e che ha permeato la società occidentale di una concezione per cui: “conoscerete la verità e la verità vi farà liberi” [2] .

Per secoli la lingua latina è stata lo strumento usato per comunicare, in quanto figlia ed erede di una cultura sopravissuta alla realtà politico-militare che l’aveva diffusa.
Tuttavia viviamo una strana condizione: avversiamo la lingua latina, la consideriamo retaggio anacronistico di un’era morta e quanti la propongono nuovamente sono considerati reazionari, conservatori e vetusti.
Si accusano quanti vogliono proporre nuovamente il latino come veicolo di comunicazione sociale, di essere anacronistici in quanto, ormai, l’insegnamento è di fatto sparito dalle scuole italiane ed è stato soppresso da decenni dalla liturgia cattolica.
Sicuri del loro modo di interpretare gli eventi, alcuni considerano una fortuna aver imposto nelle celebrazioni ufficiali della Chiesa Cattolica la lingua locale in quanto le vecchiette recitavano a memoria testi incomprensibili storpiandone il senso.
Eppure… eppure il legittimo Governo della civilissima e democratica Finlandia ha scelto (non proposto) la lingua latina come lingua ufficiale dell’Unione Europea [7] e dal 19 agosto 2007 il primo canale ha ripreso le trasmissioni radiofoniche in lingua latina [8] in the schedule as early as 1989.

La Delegazione Abruzzo Molise del CLE è stata costituita solo dopo un’attenta ed accurata ricerca tentando di far coincidere la porzione di territorio assegnata alla sua giurisdizione con un’area che fosse la più omogenea possibile per popolazione residente, per storia e per cultura.
Si è cercata una metodologia che individuasse nei valori condivisi la ragione della nostra presenza e proponesse i contenuti della nostra offerta culturale non come una curiosa ed elitaria bizzarria, ma come espressione di un vissuto condiviso che, partendo dalla scoperta delle radici comuni, facesse apprezzare il valore dell’iniziativa.
Non è un caso che per il nostro incontro si sia stato scelto il titolo “Ad fontes” , in modo tale che possa essere assunto unicamente come qualificazione propositiva di un modo di essere, di appartenere, di desiderare, di condividere e ricercare.
Vogliamo comprendere il nostro passato per capire da dove veniamo e chi siamo e questo solo per tentare di contribuire alla ricerca delle identità, perchè siamo convinti che, così come riportava Cicerone nel “De oratione Lib. II, 9, 35” , “Historia est magistra vitae” ovvero: "Historia vero testis temporum, lux veritatis, vita memoriae, magistra vitae, nuntia vetustatis" (La storia infatti è testimone del tempo, luce di verità, maestra di vita, messaggera del passato).
Non dimentichiamo che siamo il risultato della grande tradizione giudeo – cristiana [1] che ha diffuso il valore di persona, di rispetto dell’essere umano ed il principio della solidarietà tra le genti e che ha permeato la società occidentale di una concezione per cui: “conoscerete la verità e la verità vi farà liberi” [2] .

One feature perhaps less widely used Zen Cart on discounts for quantities.
Its use is often limited due to the initial difficulties that can be found using these mechanisms for the first time.
For this I will explain in this post how to set up properly these discounts
Case 1: How to enter 6 discount for quantities of a product without attributes, in modo da avere questa scontistica:

For more discounts, such as 8, just click on the button again or you can change the value 5, going Layout Settings> Product Discounts for Quantity - How many levels of discount you want to run?
6. In the newly created table, enter the price and the amount, remembering to choose the type of discount (Percentage, Current Price, Amount). To get discounts only 8 instead of 10, just leave the values \u200b\u200bto 0 in the last 2 box which will then be automatically removed.
At this point, simply press Update to save.
Case 2: how to put discounts for quantities of a product with attributes.
Zen Cart also allows you to specify prices for each quantitative attribute of a product.

What is proposed Latinitatis Centrum Europae.
The CLE is proposing a series of ambitious goals, certainly not easily accomplished. First is to develop and propose ideas and programs for the preservation and revaluation of the Latin, Greek, classical humanism and culture in general, with a particularly back to the late-Latin, early Christian, medieval, Renaissance and modern era, and that in view of the interdisciplinary work of true European-style, able to blend into the fabric of science, culture and philosophy of the times today, giving impetus to various kinds to the debate on major issues of contemporary society.
is the intention of CLE in the coming years to organize various events for such purpose, to achieve harmony with the university and school notes and look for collaborations with Italian and foreign academies and institutions. In this way we want to contribute to the rediscovery and revaluation of assets, partly forgotten and certainly underestimated.
The Latin is not just that of Virgil or Cicero, but also the literary heritage of the Christian writers who rely less and less in school programs that now provide, in many European countries, a drastic reduction in the teaching of the language of our continent communis . The

Il professore Rainer Weissengruber, figlio del ricercatore Franz Weissengruber, morto nell´agosto del 1998, al quale è dedicato il Centro-Studi per ricordare la sua attività di ricerca nel campo della cultura tardo-latina e patristica, è il presidente del Centrum.
All’inizio hanno efficacemente operato don Graziano Marini, direttore della Fondazione per la Salvaguardia della Basilica di Aquileia, e don Luigi Pontel, preside del Liceo Linguistico Europeo “Paolino d´Aquileia” di Gorizia, il prof. Giuseppe Reale (Reggio Calabria), fondatore ed ex-rettore dell’Università per Stranieri di Calabria; la prof.ssa Angiolina Lanza (Verona), instancabile organizzatrice di eventi, ed il dott. Franco Fornasaro (Cividale del Friuli), il prof. Piero Marangon. Nel 2002 sono entrati a far parte del Consiglio Direttivo la prof.ssa Loredana Marano, che ha dato grande impulso al fervore creativo, e il prof. Giampaolo Dabbeni (Trieste), che ha creato interessanti collaborazioni con l'Università di Trieste. Nel Comitato Scientifico lavorano i professori Gian Domenico Mazzocato (Treviso), Mauro Agosto (Napoli) e Fulvio Calabrese (Verona).
Il CLE ha buoni contatti con le associazioni di latinisti di varie parti d’Europa (ad esempio con la Sodalitas di Vienna), con Università e con numerose scuole superiori di vari indirizzi. I legami internazionali del Centrum Latinitatis Europae sono un elemento caratterizzante dell’attività che deve diventare sempre più di oltrefrontiera.
Nuova è la fondazione di una rivista scientifico-didattica sull’insegnamento delle lingue classiche (che riprende in parte concetti e modelli d´Oltralpe), con sede a Montella (AV), in collaborazione con l’Accademia Vivarium Novum.
Di particolare rilevanza sono i progetti delle “Accademie del CLE”: Montescaglioso (MT) per quanto riguarda la musica, Bassano del Grappa (VI) per l´Umanesimo letto in chiave moderna, Genova per le conversazioni al Caffè Latino, Gorizia per le tematiche della pace, Treviso per la ricerca nel campo della didattica. I sodalizi affiliati trattano tematiche specifiche: sono attivi il Sodalizio Anaunia Latin Cavareno (TN), the Academia Europae foederati (Cividale del Friuli), in collaboration with the Archivium Forumjuliense. The card serves as Cividale philosophical orientation of this project. The CLE is actively involved in this initiative, working in harmony on a vast cultural project aimed primarily at young people in Europe.
